From Retro Review to Golden Age Glam
For the month of June, the Ford Fiesta Agents were assigned the theme of technology. I chose a mission that would allow me to go back in time with a Retro Review! My review had to be on a piece of tech at least ten years old, so thanks to my good friend Lisa, I went with the Apple Macintosh Powerbook 145. (thanks Lisa!)
I had a lot of fun making the video Baby Bytes, but I don’t plan on wearing a mustache anytime soon. UGH that hurt to remove!
I did, however, have SO much fun dressing up, that I decided for my next “Style” mission, I would go back in time even further to Golden Age Glam!
My Mission:
“Today’s Hollywood starlets tend to put the “ass” in “class.” For truly stylish glitz and glam, turn to the world of old-school cinema. Pick a classic movie star, take us shopping, and emulate their style for 3 straight days. You might find that Clara Bow’s flapper-chic or Clark Gable’s dapper look suits you just fine.”
So I’m asking you for your favorite Hollywood Starlet! So far suggestions have included Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn. Care to weigh in?
